If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and you have chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, we are happy to facilitate the return of the product and issue you a full refund for your purchase.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please request your Return Authorization Number by emailing contact@businessup.shop with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the address of the closest warehouse where you can send the product.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please use a trackable mail service for the return. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon receiving your returned package, we will examine the products and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address you provided when placing the order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please be aware that if you have chosen COD as your payment method, the refund will be processed upon approval of your refund request. This means that the refund will be issued upon verification and approval of your return.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account: First, check your bank account to see if the refund has been credited. Please allow some time for the refund to be officially posted by your bank.

  2. Contact your credit card company: Sometimes, there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted by your credit card company. They may provide you with more information about the status of your refund.

  3. Contact your bank: If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank, as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

We have observed that certain credit card companies may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund on your card. If you’ve followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Please note that the shipping time for all orders is 5-7 business days, with an additional 3 days for order handling. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact@businessup.shop.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we can’t promise anything, as our items are usually processed and shipped quickly after you place an order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you’ve entered an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders based on the information you provided during checkout.

Invalid Reasons:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items: We cannot honor this request if we want to continue offering great value at BUSINESSUP.SHOP. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before submitting an order.
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else: Please be confident in your purchase decision before submitting an order, as once an order is submitted, it enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
